PICK-UP AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

-         All packing, shipping, insurance, and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

-         It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove purchased property at his or her expense within 20 days of the sale date. DeFina Auctions is in no way responsible for the acts or omissions of independent handlers, packers or shippers of purchased items or for any loss, damage or delay from the packing or shipping of any property.

All purchased items can be picked up by appointment during normal business hours. We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However it is necessary to call first..
