Absentee and Phone Bidding

If you are interested in bidding, please fax or e-mail your name and phone number to us. We will call you, if we need to verify your identity. When we call, we will need a Visa or MasterCard number to verify your identity. For absentee bidders, we will execute bids in a competitive manner, and bid on your behalf as though you were in attendance. We will not be held responsible for failing to execute bids. We extend this service as a courtesy to our customers who cannot attend the sale or who do not wish to be identified as bidders. All bids will be held in strict confidence.

Misunderstandings can arise when bidders are unsuccessful and lose items to identical bids, or bids less than the ones left. This situation can occur as a result of the monetary bidding increments to which we adhere. Please note the increment chart below. To help prevent such a situation, we suggest that bidders place a +1 after their bid. Doing this gives the representative bidder the authority to go one more bid on your behalf.
